Before your appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify that The Eye Clinic and the provider you are scheduled to see are in-network with your specific plan and that your services are covered.

Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and any services that are not covered by their plan.

The Eye Clinic does not participate with vision insurance plans. If you are seeking a vision-related examination or service, we are happy to provide these services on a self-pay basis. Please contact our office for current pricing.
